They were severely understaffed for a Friday night and it took quite awhile for me to be able to pick up our pizza upon entering the store because they were so busy. I felt bad for the guy at the counter because of all the people who kept coming in after we did. We were third in line upon walking into the store, but 9 more people walked in after us while we were still standing in line.
My pizza was great! My family and myself devoured those pizzas! I do not like that there's an "estimated drop off time" but no way to see where my order is at. I'd give 5 stars because I really do love the food, but no way to track my order really sucks. It took 20-30 minutes longer than the "estimated" time. And when I called to find out where it was, I couldn't talk to a person.

Xavier deserves a raise. He gave the most greatest customer service that I’ve experienced from Pizza Hut in a very long time. My father is in a nursing home, not too far away from this location so I’ve been here plenty of times, but Xavier really stood out to me because he took the time to listen to a very special message and I can’t wait for him to see his businesses take off.
