50 Best Sports Bars in Omaha

“Great food and atmosphere but needs work on handling large crowds for events. Tonight my fiance and I had a wild experience lol. Arrived knowing we would wait, was quoted 30 min to 1 hour. Agreed and took a seat at the bar for drinks, table was available within the 30 min time frame which was great. Was seated and didn’t see a server for 35 minutes, we expected a wait and wasn’t too bothered at this point over it. Once the server came over to us he said he thought we were being taken care of already since I had a drink from the bar. We brushed it off and placed our drinks and food order at that time. My food came out within 5 minutes and we were pretty stunned with how quick that came considering how packed it was. Now, after 10 min of him not getting his order and we also didn’t have our drinks we looked around to find someone to ask. I called out to the server and the manager several times, but didn’t succeed in grabbing their attention and fiance didn’t want me to get up and find someone. 40 minutes after my food arrived the server came up to us and I asked about his food and our drinks. I said well just take our bill and a to go box for mine. He did bring out my fiancés order and removed it from the bill. We understand it’s not entirely the servers fault but overall we were pretty bummed since we do enjoy this spot for the atmosphere and the food has always been good. A few other tables also were saying they had similar experiences tonight and also just wanted their bills as well.“

This afternoon we ordered two appetizers, chips and queso cheese dip and breaded mushrooms with ranch dressing on the side. Orderd three orders of the daily special, 12 chicken wings/drumsticks for $12 and a Packers Burger with sides of onion rings. I think it's all homemade, it tastes that good. Always a great spot for meeting up with the family for lunches and dinners. Thank you again. See you again soon!“

“Our large group from Wisconsin, we were all in Omaha for our friends sons wedding. We’re diehard Packers fans. The bar had numerous TV’s and the service was great. The bar was full of fans watching their teams too. Lots of cheering and excitement it was fun!“

“While it took awhile to get waited on when first arrived, there was zero short after that! I believe possibly the day manager waited on us while the other waiters truly hussled through the other orders when what I believe was a substantial lunch crowd hit right at opening! Take my word for it-do the hummus tray! Pesto and sundried tomato hummus was unreal-so good! My husband had the Swiss mushroom burger with the up charged sweet potato fries which was so worth it! Our cocktails were well made with a nice pour. Well done Local Beer! We will return! (Sorry no pictures!). Would be great for a sport even! Energetic atmosphere!“

The sign on front door says wings are no longer "on Special ", but doesn't explain anything about Pinpoint. plus, we should've at least got point credits.“

Thankfully I found Ray's and you have made me so happy! The wings are huge and flavorful just like back home. Today was my birthday and all I wanted was some good Buffalo wings. After looking at your menu we have a few more home town favorites to try!“

“A couple weeks ago we brought are kids in, it was me and my mom with my five kids and three nephews. We for sure thought it would be a circus. But the staff were so nice and helpful. They let each kid order, gave them their own coloring sheet and it just felt as if they went above and beyond for us. Every time we’ve ever gone for dinner it’s always a great experience but this time was just above all the rest!! Also the chicken bacon ranch taco was absolutely delicious!! “Went to lunch with my family and some friends on a Sunday afternoon. Manager was quick to accommodate our group as there were only smaller tables available at the time. He and his staff were very friendly with us, the food was great, and I would recommend this place to anyone. It's great to have a place with Keno that is stylish, comfortable atmosphere (for all members of the family) with a very friendly staff to visit on a regular basis. We will be regulars here soon.“

“We have been to OB off 144th and Center before, but now days it seems like you have less people working for an honest dollar and those that do are run ragged by others who are unkind or simply don't care to understand just how hard it is to work in the service industry. So I thought I would take a moment and share my experience last night. I called OB, to give them a heads up a large group of us were coming in last night, the service and food were absolutely amazing! I had spoken with Sherry (manager? owner? I should have made a point to find out), she was concerned that they wouldn't have the staff to accommodate us. Sherry made a point to call me back to confirm that everything was coordinated as far as staff, food and space that we could use to all be together. I pre-ordered some appetizers to come out at specific times and a cheese party pizza. What I ordered is just your basic bar and grill food, however I saw other food coming out of the kitchen that I will be going back to try. So many options. The food Mozzarella Sticks (perfectly cooked), Onion Rings (seasoned deliciously), we ordered a large shredded chicken nacho that was huge and had so many flavors going on. The Soft Pretzels with a spicy cheese dip (I would dip about anything in that cheese dip, it was soooo good) then the cheese pizza. It was crispy but not burnt, perfectly portioned sauce, cheese ratio. Everything was sent out right when I had asked and fresh. Whoever was cooking last night, excellent job. Jackie was our server, she was exceptional! Not only was she working our group she was helping other patrons as well. Jackie is an absolute rock star, she could be across the room and notice a drink near empty or someone looking around and she was right there checking on us. They have a great variety of food and drink and a great crew working the floor and behind the scenes. 100% go in and check them out. As always remember to be kind and try something new.❤“

“I grew up in the South Omaha area but just visited this place for the first time this week. Stopped in at an odd time - (around 3:30) but the crowd and staff was great. It was calm, and easy-going around that time with friendly people around the bar. The place has plenty of Tv's, some pool tables, and dart boards. Ran into some old friends and enjoyed our visit. The liquor prices are very very cheap compared to other places near the downtown Omaha area. The bartender was telling me they had $1 Busch Light bottles one day of the week. Thats a steal!“

“My first time here. Honestly the menu here was solid and the food jalapeno cream cheese philly was excellent. Service was solid but it wasn't busy at all there were plenty of tables, I bet this place gets a lot of business. They also started trivia towards the end of our visit. Will be back to try some other things on the menu 20-30 bucks per person with drinks
