This location is one that I frequent often since I work on campus and sometimes need a little boost, especially with how early I arrive in the morning for my shift.Some of the baristas have recognized me and are friendly and have conversations with me, all while being able to punch in whatever my order may be. Edit: I have gone here a couple times and had typical nondescript experiences. However, some of the staff are under trained and one individual refused to make the drink I ordered and handed me a different drink saying it was basically the same thing. I had already paid so I took it and walked away. Had I known they would refuse to make the drink I would have saved my money.

There have been multiple times that I have tried to order something and they have failed to tell me that they are out of certain ingredients. I tried ordering a mocha cookie crumble. Not only did I not get the cookie crumble at the top, they even failed to get the java chips that they put in down at the bottom.
