Okay, but they were out of chocolate croissants! And the cashier was not very friendly!! The baristas who made our drinks and warmed up the food were fine.

You can't go wrong when you have a Starbucks in the center of your work place.

This location is one that I frequent often since I work on campus and sometimes need a little boost, especially with how early I arrive in the morning for my shift. Some of the baristas have recognized me and are friendly and have conversations with me, all while being able to punch in whatever my order may be. They're very friendly and kind, and that's definitely appreciated.I love grabbing a drink so early in the morning-the only frustrating part is if I come during the afternoon, wanting to eat lunch on my break, and there's not a lot of seating area. Hopefully they could expand on that and bring in more tables/seats/etc.

Garbage service. Mix up orders and after waiting 20 min cashier walks like stargarbage boss. If this happens again I'll shut off power.

Over priced. Service was marginal. Staff was overworked and understaffed.

Edit: I have gone here a couple times and had typical nondescript experiences. However, some of the staff are under trained and one individual refused to make the drink I ordered and handed me a different drink saying it was basically the same thing. I had already paid so I took it and walked away. Had I known they would refuse to make the drink I would have saved my money.

There have been multiple times that I have tried to order something and they have failed to tell me that they are out of certain ingredients. I tried ordering a mocha cookie crumble. Not only did I not get the cookie crumble at the top, they even failed to get the java chips that they put in down at the bottom. I practically just git a mocha frappe paying at a higher price most likely. This has happened on multiple occasions. They don't say anything and don't give any discount either. Time to move on perhaps Scooters for good. I just went back to tell them that they missed the cookie crumble and java chips. The lady at the register said she could remake it. However I had to tell her that I heard they were out of an item. One of the baristas who made my drink did say she was out of the cookie crumble. I then told them to make me something else. They made it immediately so I didn't have to wait again in front of all of the people who had already ordered and were waiting. However I think that when they are out of ingredients, they should let the cashier know so the customer has a chance to make the mind up to either go without those ingredients or choose another drink and not get one not made correctly without our knowledge.
