We stayed twice in the last two weeks when driving through Omaha. Location is great, parking is easy and only $15, and the staff were very friendly. Check in was quick and efficient. Rooms are very large and perfectly equipped (for the price). The only complaint is that the beds are absolutely terrible. Soft and with a slope down to the middle and very "chiropracter friendly". Location was great for our purposes, but the bed wasn't comfortable and street noise and noise from adjacent rooms were an issue. The only on-property dining option was the bistro downstairs, which had limited options for breakfast the day we were because they didn't have a cook. Half-hearted housekeeping every other day along with worn linens led to a feeling of a lack of concern for guest comfort. This hotel was a great experience! Perfect location for Old Market - Omaha. Friendly, professional staff. Super easy check in, very clean in both rooms, lobby and entry… everywhere. Great beds! We had a corner room and it was big. The only negative was the pillows. Pillows are a personal preference- others might think they are fine. Nice white towels, very large shower, Will definitely stay here next trip to Omaha.
