“This was my first time trying Sage and I was absolutely blown away by the 9-course meal!! The service was excellent and personable, yet still the stand-offish vibe you would expect at a fine dining establishment. Daniel our server did an excellent job, as did the other staff we interacted with. Each course tasted great, but our tables' favorites were the bread with a green-colored butter spread. scallop, king mushrooms, and lemon truffle desserts. If I came back during this menu I would order more of these a la cart! But if I come another time I will absolutely go for another 9 courses as this was an amazing experience to try so many new and delicious food pairings. I love the fact that your tips go toward the students' dining/learning experiences. Also love that the chefs names are featured in their menu! Such a unique and heart warming dinner. We arrived a little after 7:30 and left just before 10. We weren't waiting very long on any of the food, but a 9-course dinner takes time! 100% worth the cost. I will keep this place in mind for any future special occasions!“

“This hotel was a great experience! Perfect location for Old Market - Omaha. Friendly, professional staff. Super easy check in, very clean in both rooms, lobby and entry… everywhere. Great beds! We had a corner room and it was big. The only negative was the pillows. Pillows are a personal preference- others might think they are fine. Nice white towels, very large shower, Will definitely stay here next trip to Omaha.“

“We did not make a reservation, but we were able to be seated at the bar right away, which was actually quite nice. For starters, we got the Hawaiian Ahi nachos - fresh, raw tuna on crunchy lavosh with wasabi and avocado aioli, and seasoned pineapple and sliced avocado. Lovely dish and delicious. For main course I ordered the salmon tacos - excellent quality salmon, fresh toppings, and lovely blue corn shells. Very tasty! My wife got the Twisted Cork Burger, which looked incredible. She said it was amazing and I didn't even get a bite to taste. Next time. We both ordered drinks. I got a lovely local beer and my wife got the Penicillin cocktail, which she enjoyed. The service at the bar was efficient and friendly, and the atmosphere was refined and casually elegant. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food you get. We will definitely be back. Make a reservation if you want a table. It's not a big place and it fills up fast.“
