It is Friday at 7pm and I wanted some wings. I am 20 mins away from this location, so I call the number from my truck to order. I figured I could order while driving and it would be done when I get there. Wrong. I drove the whole 20 mins on hold. Then I park and order my food online while still on hold parked out front the location.After driving 20 mins, sitting out front and order online, I still never had anyone answer the phone! Probably almost 30 mins in all and was on hold the entire time. On top of that I still had to wait 20 mins for my food which was over $40.I understand that I ordered my food at 7pm on a Friday but this is ridiculous!!

Worst Wingstop location!! Avoid! Terrible customer service! This is the 2nd time I've tried to order over the phone at this location, and once again, they DO NOT answer their phones, and they DO NOT accept online orders, which is ridiculous. Poor sanitation, as nobody was washing hands before handling any food products. Sub-par quality. I live off 42nd and Gover, and had to drive all the way to the Bellevue location to get serviced because this L St location refuses to do their job that they're getting paid to do. Throw away the whole crew and start over! Terrible!!

Ordered strips and ask for ranch and the manager said no that strips don't come with ranch. A gentleman walked up right after me and ask for 2 more ranch and she handed them to him and said don't worry about paying you can have them. Also watched the same manager take money from Customers and not was her hands, she than was going back to help cook the food also wiping her nose on her shirt. Gross!We will never return and I will make sure nobody I know will either.
