It is Friday at 7pm and I wanted some wings. I am 20 mins away from this location, so I call the number from my truck to order. I figured I could order while driving and it would be done when I get there. Wrong. I drove the whole 20 mins on hold. Then I park and order my food online while still on hold parked out front the location.After driving 20 mins, sitting out front and order online, I still never had anyone answer the phone! Worst Wingstop location!! Avoid! Terrible customer service! This is the 2nd time I've tried to order over the phone at this location, and once again, they DO NOT answer their phones, and they DO NOT accept online orders, which is ridiculous. Poor sanitation, as nobody was washing hands before handling any food products. Sub-par quality. I live off 42nd and Gover, and had to drive all the way to the Bellevue location to get serviced because this L St location refuses to do their...read full review
