We walked in and sat down for about 15 minutes. Had two other parties sit down after us and both be served and helped before us. We waited 5 more minutes and still no one acknowledged or greeted us.

Great staff. Food is solid. Server was great. The shishito peppers were fantastic. The sweet chili pepperoni pizza could have used a bit more sauce or a little less ricotta as it muted a bit but I added jalapenos and banana peppers that gave it a nice punch. Had the coffee nitro stout then the head brewer (Dan, I think. Sorry I'm bad with names!) had a can of the blackbird that didn't seal so he let me try some of that. It was a nice dark beer but also light and crisp. Chatted a bit too. Good people. I'm not back often so have never been. Good place to stop if you've never been or are passing through.

Great overall experience. All five beers I sampled were excellent, and the pretzel and pizzas were great. Server messed up our order, but they made it right, and you can’t ask for more than that. Very pleased and will be back soon. The only thing that turned me off, and it wasn’t enough to lower my rating, is being hit up immediately for a credit card right after we sat down. Gave me immediate bad vibes.

We dine here often and enjoy the food and beer. Tonight my daughter ordered a new salad suggested by the server because her favorite salad wasn’t available. She didn’t care for the new salad. Rather than complaining, she just ordered an additional item. When we received the bill, the server had noticed my daughter didn’t like her salad and had comped it to us. Thank you, Kylie, and everyone at Flyover for the fantastic service!

Pizza and Beers exceeded expectations. Beer I chose for to go wasn’t in stock and I was told that it was because they put it on the menu a day too early. A little unfortunate but I give them a pass this time

The food and ambiance are wonderful for a nice lunch or supper. Food always comes out tasty.

We came for the food but enjoyed the whole experience! We were looking for somewhere with delicious food where we could sit down and enjoy prompt service and a lovely atmosphere. Walking in the smell was dreamy (perks of being a brewery) and we were greeted and told we could sit anywhere so we headed for the patio as it was a beautiful day. Brian, our server, was prompt and courteous, a real professional of his industry. Everything on the menu looked good and we settled on the pretzels, bacon wrapped wings, a flight of 4 beers, and a pizza to share. If you’re in Scottsbluff you’ve got to make a point to stop in here. Top notch, 10/10.

The decore is more along the lines of a bbq joint than a microbrewery. The pizza side of the restaurant looked a little ruff. I arrived before the dinner rush so I expected pretty good service.I was seated promptly and my drink order was taken. Sadly that is where the good service ended. When I put in my drink order the server ask for the card I would be using to pay for my drinks evidently they must have a lot of people leaving without paying. After several minutes the server returned to take my food order, no drink or water in hand. I ordered the 8 piece bone in Buffalo wings and a build your own pizza. A few minutes later someone else brought me my drink from the bar (a hard seltzer it was ok not great just ok). When my wings came out they were cold and delivered by yet another person. I don’t know how this place gets away with calling these “buffalo wings “ as small as they are the more appropriate name would be prairie dog wings. At 11.00 an order they should be ashamed (see picture) when the pizza finally came out it was very disappointing it had very little sauce and almost no cheese. The slices were not cut anywhere close to uniformly how someone can use a rocking knife and not get the slices remotely even shows a complete lack of care. The next time I seen my original server was when she brought me my ticket. So I’m conclusion I would say if you like expensive food and poor service then this is the place for you, but I would suggest going anywhere else for drinks and dinner

We had our dog with us, so we were glad Flyover allowed us to enjoy our food and beer on the patio. My wife had a glass of wine while I had a couple Nebraska beers. We ordered the garlic parmesan wings along with the hummus, roasted brussels, and shishintos peppers. Everything was delicious and we had plenty left over for lunch the next day at Scotts Bluff National Monument. Our server was very helpful with suggestions and was genuinely interested in our plans while visiting the area. The prices were very reasonable and the patio was great for people watching.

The best Hefeweizen I've ever had! Many other excellent beers as well. Had the captain's club and Parmesan garlic wings...both very delicious. Service was great! Sydney was very attentive and helpful with suggestions. The atmosphere rivals that of Omaha's Old Market and Lincoln's Haymarket, but better. Flyover certainly knows what it's doing with its brewery, food, service, and atmosphere.

Came here after some hiking around Scottsbluff and I'm sure glad I came. The staff was nice to let us taste what was on tap before deciding what beers we ordered. I enjoyed the sours while my partner enjoyed the IPA. We then ordered some food to share and it was all delicious. We ordered the Korean wings/ bbq wings and both were so good. We also ordered the pretzel and it was so soft and yummy. I would love to try their pizzas next time I'm in town. The ambiance was very nice as seating was ample and had a nice open atmosphere

Great outdoor dining, good service and good food. A nice selection of beer. The brewery decor was fun!
