Went to Sam and Louie’s tonight for dinner, 2 of my kids dinners come out and then ours comes out. My 5 year old ordered a pepperoni pizza that literally took over 40 minutes to make. Needless to say we were all done eating when the pizza come out, I was pissed and my son was hungry.
They didn’t ask to help with the charges or anything . As a matter of fact when we asked for a box, the owner/manager sighed at us when we asked.

Worst place ever…. Being be shared all over. Will never spend another dime there again and we used to all the time. Employees have chips on their shoulders. We spent $135.00 today and tip well. I have video of rude employees. Im happy to provide the full story just email or Pm me. I could share video as well. We just want customers to be aware of the atmosphere. After all, there were only 4-5 tables of guest. So, I suppose that speaks for itself…
