The crew in the afternoon here can not take order at the drive threw ever and get them right I don’t think they take their jobs seriously. 3rd time this has happened. 😢
My son and I stopped at Dunkin Donuts in Bartlett on Friday July 1st. I got an ice coffee for $2.82. My son handed the cashier a $50 bill. My son was given his change and put it in his wallet. What my son didn't know is that the cashier shorted him $40. I spoke with the manager Josh the next day. He claims to have checked the video footage and drawer per my request.
