We stayed here for two nights and had two other families meeting up with us on 2nd night out intention was to spend all our time together as a group onsite at the hotel using the amenities! Sat afternoon was spent in the pool which is great nice and large lots of seating options hot tubs are nice! Great hotel. Great rooms. We even had a room with a balcony to sit. It is very convenient to have the cafe there for breakfast and or lunch and the restaurant for dinner. We had the best stay there. The concierge name Judy was the staple to our visit here. We stayed for the weekend to go to storyland which was 7 minutes down the road. We already had tickets to it. Pros: convenient to N Conway, nice staff, clean, heated pool, good size room Cons: Murphy Bed was a double bed not Queen Size, very poor mattress. No daily housekeeping (I guess we are spoiled). No USB ports so bring your charging block. This rating is based mainly on the bed. Not getting a good night sleep and getting up with an aching back hurts a vacation. Probably would stay somewhere else next time.
