She was the only server handling all the tables (place was pretty full) she was busy to say the least, but she managed to handle what should’ve have been the job of 3-4 people all by herself. We have been to this restaurant several times with mixed results, but there is a fabulous new chef and the food tonight was absolutely fantastic. We had delicious pulled pork sandwiches, amazing lollipop lamb chops, and cheese tortellini in cream sauce with chicken that was very tasty. Desserts were equally wonderful. Place has really upped their game since we were here a year ago. Definitely a more upscale menu than just dumping ski lodge type fare in a fryer. Had a great dinner last night with the family. The beet salad was so well made, fresh, and dressed just right. Highly recommend the short rib and the duck blueberry goat cheese flatbread was really fantastic. Kids enjoyed the pizza and burgers. Service was friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back when we are skiing..
