“Went here on Saturday with the wife for karaoke. The atmosphere and crowd ranged in ages from 20s-70s. Everyone was super friendly and appeared to be having a good time (kinda rare in NH). We didn’t know anyone there even though we’re locals but felt very welcomed and comfortable. The karaoke lady was fun and friendly. The bartenders were exceptionally good - I never had to ask for another drink and they were seemingly standing in front of me with a genuine smile and asking us proactively if we wanted another. The bartenders were having as much fun as us it seemed. No drama, complaining or waiting - all signs of a good bar staff. The owner was there somewhat covertly and I had a few good conversations with him and eventually figured out he owned the place. He wasn’t overtly playing up his status at the bar or micro managing his staff - another rarity for a bar like this. At the end of night he personally invited us to come back to his bar, something I’ve never heard in my decades of working and visiting bars. A+ grade from us. Nikki and I will be back.“
“In my opinion best pizza joint in the area, I grew up going here the pizzas on point the staffs amazing and even remembered my name their that good over there, and if you go into place an order the guys and gals over at the tap are great too if your sitting waiting on your food I occasionally go and grab a drink while i wait and i wouldn’t trade it for any other spot. Unfortunately i just moved so i wont be getting to see these wonderful ppl anymore but ILL BE BACK! :)“
“They're always really busy, but they're oddly efficient and get your made to order pizza out in 35-45 minutes; you can get really good sides and appetizers more quickly especially if you are waiting. We like to eat in because of the "home town" atmosphere and the nice family who runs THOP. OH, and also because of the beer while ya wait!Now. For the pizza: it's awesome. Seriously. When we first started going to THOP, we were initially disappointed that they didn't have thin crust pizzas because we had become accustomed to the thicker pizza crusts being too doughy, or too chewy, or too slimy, or too dry... Not so, here. Always perfectly cooked. Good night, they're good! Also, the prices aren't bad at all for quality ingredients and generous portions. Less than $20 for a large, specialty pizza. Nice!!!“
“First experience I got the chicken bomb, asked for no mushroom and no mayo. Prepared exactly correct, very generous portions and seasoned and tasted amazing. The very next day I got a large chicken and steak combo calzone, again great portions and delicious. However the baklava was absolutely hands down the best I have ever had. I can’t explain how great it tasted along with perfect fresh texture. Would recommend 10/10.“

“I love everything about this restaurant! Fantastic food, excellent service! I've dined there twice and plan to return weekly until my time here ends on April 6th. (I'm a travel nurse). My only disappointment is I didn't know about Bernini when I first arrived here 2 months ago! When I pulled into the parking lot for the first time 2 weeks ago, I said out loud to myself, "Okay. If this dining experience doesn't go well, I am done dining out in Laconia!" Well, I am thrilled to report Bernini is now my favorite restaurant in town! So far, I've had their grilled Caesar salad (perfection on a plate), lasagna, tuna tartare, calamari, and the arugula salad. (Two separate visits, mind you). We were warned that it was next to the bar but not that it was also next to the door smokers use every couple minutes to go outside and next to the constantly opening kitchen cause we just genuinely couldn't hear each other with everything going on. This is more of a suggestion then a knock on you guys though.We still think you guys deserve five stars cause the food is great and the staff is awesome, you guys are the reason we drove 90 minutes to eat there, just wish we could have talked to each other lol“

“We just had a very busy day and stopped over here to unwind after work. What a great relaxing place. Such a nice variety of interesting drinks and while the menu is limited, it is limited to things. They do extremely well. Absolutely fabulous. Thank you so much. The sandwiches come on waffles. The waffles are so light and fluffy, almost like poofy crepes. My friend and I shared one that was fried chicken, bacon, tomato and peppers and it was so good. My other friend had the lobster roll, just wonderful.“
“This is a good place for getting take out. I like their spaghetti and meatballs. I'm not a huge fan of their pizza but to be honest I'm very fussy about my pizza I prefer thin crust and they do not have a thin crust as far as I know. But their desserts are really good the staff is always really friendly and smiling and it's just a fun place to go and hang out for a few minutes while you wait for your food to get ready“
“Probably the best calzone I've ever had, and I've had many good ones. The outside was crispy and delicious, with plenty of fillings inside. Pizza is excellent too, and on the greasy side which I love - the crust is thin, the cheese is perfectly golden brown, and the sauce is fantastic. Plus, they're fast, and very friendly. “Holy smokes! The Buffalo chicken fingers are gonna live rent-free in my head for a while. This place was recommended to me on those alone and I was not disappointed. They're so good we had to order some more to go. Now I'm gonna have to wait until they open tomorrow before I can order more. Maybe they should stay open 24 hours a day to solve this problem.“
