Took my adult son to dessert after a stage show on a fairly busy Friday night. The floor was being managed by a man I recognized from probably 20-30 years prior, when my children frequented Friendly’s a LOT MORE, so he must be truly dedicated.The waitress was a very good sport, as theatre kids in a large group arrived and she was expected to attend to them all! Order easy on the app, was ready very fast, food was good, I do wish they offered coupons online or app, it was my birthday this week they emailed me a free Medium sundae but only available in store dining with a purchase of $10, I ordered to crunch medium sundae online for pickup so I couldn't use it, they have 1 promo code online for buy 1 get 1 happy ending sundae but for some reason my order didn't qualify, tho I paid full price the food & ice cream was great!
