this cafe was lovely! their coffee and matcha were super delish. and their food was superb. we ordered the grilled cheese (added tomato and pesto aioli for preference) and the tomato mozzarella and pesto panini. staff was really nice and portions are generous. would recommend this place!!
This little Cafe means so much to me. I've been away from it for a long time, but if I had the choice I'd go everyday. The baristas are all so wonderful, it feels like I truly have a bond with them everytime I go in. Especially when they always seem just as happy to see me. I truly did not like coffee without 70 pounds of sugar before I went here and got my first iced coffee that wasn't from a chain. Great food, incredible drinks, and an even better staff! Their seasonal/special drinks are always tasty and very creative. The staff is very friendly and fun to interact with. Also, the atmosphere provides a nice place to read or do some work. Gibson's Cafe is a must try!
