Recently opened and quite busy on a Saturday afternoon. We had about a 15-minute wait but staff was well-organized. Service was prompt and pleasant. My wife had the country fried steak. I had the half rack of ribs. Both were generous portions. My wife did not care for the seasoning in the gravy and breading on her steak. My ribs were delicious but slightly overcooked / crispy. Calling ahead about an hour before you arrive, there is very little wait time. It's not a reservation it's a sign in.POS - The waitress was a 10! She was attentive cordial and offered several suggestions for food and drink. The food arrived quickly and was exceptional!NEG - the vegetable (broccoli and carrots) were raw and taste was off.
