I was in the area, hungry and I had a free offer on the app for a McChicken sandwich. I looked at the reviews of this McDonald's and WOW ?, they are negative!I ordered curbside through the app. I had a six minute wait, which is reasonable. It was lunchtime and the ? cars started to pull in. I did that two people had to pull forward and wait. Took 51 minutes to go through the drive through. I had never experienced such inefficiency. Both lanes were open wasn't more then 15 cars. I still don't know why I waited. I think I just had to see it through after I had already committed over 20 minutes to it. No special order. Only had a shamrock shake. Won't go to this location again anytime soon
I was having a really bad day, and all I wanted at the end of my day was a vanilla cone from McDonald’s. The machine wasn’t working properly and I didn’t get to catch some of the staffs name but they were so nice and offered me other options they could make me besides a vanilla cone. In return they gave me a pretty large vanilla milkshake, and it made my day so much better. It was just the fact that they were kind and trying to help me out.
