“Not sure what's going on...but place has made a huge change for the better! Usually I dont like subway but my kids do (and we had some good coupons). We went for lunch a few days ago and the place was spotless and staffed properly. All the vegetables were fresh and nothing was wilted or almost expired. Great lunch we'll be going back again. “This place has some of the best sandwiches in the state. The bread they use can handle the fillings and they're never a huge mess like every other sandwich place. Their larges are also large which I really appreciate.Go try their Italian stalian sub. It's Italian sausage meatballs and chicken parm in one sandwich and it's amazing!“

“Went today and ordered a sandwich which was very good. When I got up to retrieve my order, I accidentally knocked over my soda and spilled it on the table and the floor. One of the gentlemen working there immediately came over to give me a hand with cleaning it up and kindly gave me a new bottle of soda. He was under no obligation to do that, but he did. I was very impressed by the professionalism at this location.“

“It's a tasty sub, but nothing special. Just a chain. Generous portion of extras but for all the advertising the meat is piled high but thin. My wife's order was wrong and she had to ask for the bacon. New England is a tough place for chain sub restaurants; most Mom & Pop stores make a better sub for less money. $32 for 2 half subs, drinks and chips is a bit much.“

“Simple sandwich where the thinly sliced veggies and a bit of oil shine. The cheese is perfect a bit sour and salty. Cooking is science and anyone can throw down an Italian, but most don't have any complexity of flavors that the Original does. That said the Exeter franchise is terrible.....Portsmouth, Dover, Concord are the best closely followed by Epsom Circle and Raymond. Even in a simple sandwich rules are to be followed. Don't ask if I want mayonnaise or which veggies on an original. C'mon man Phil is rolling in his grave.“
“I haven't been here in probably 30 years, service was fine as was the food, the Italian I had was messy but delicious. I love that the veggies are diced as opposed to sliced, personal preference. I love that the bread has a bit of "chew" to it as opposed to becoming mush with the oil that goes on an Italian.“

“Ordered doordash from here and the dasher stole my order? after calling and telling subway what happened they got another dasher to come and that dasher then cancelled my order after getting there.. Shawn then remade my food as I was on my way to the store, made up the mess with a free cookie, and had excellent customer service. Shawn was amazing and turned my whole day around!“

“Usa subs have the best subs. Super fresh bread. Subs are made to order. So it takes a a minute or two more than a fast food place. But way better sandwiches. They also based on the season make soup. Right now is clam chowder. Amazing. Fast service. I went last night. There were like 5 ppl in line. Even with that. I was up to the counter in 2 mins. Had my sub in around 5 mins total and was out the door. Fantastic!“
