I’m right in front of you ordering a quesadilla, tell me the difference between online order and ordering in store. So customers with no way of ordering online can’t get a lg quesadilla. Ok

This restaurant is a horrible representation of Chipotle as a brand. GM Michael Lenzo is very rude and arrogant. This location has gone down hill tremendously in the last few years. Always out of some type of food, smaller portions and bad attitudes. Finally after over a year they offer lemonade from a drink fountain again. You get way better service during the daytime hours but going at night is a usually not worth it. Unfortunately they get away with bad service since the next Chipotle is 15-20 mins away. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place!

I typically go to a Chipotle in Portland, Maine. I expected a similar experience in Dover, and it was not even close. Dover had about 60% of the quantity and little of the quality. Reading the other comments it looks as though the franchise owners need to shake up the Dover store.

Don’t bother paying the extra $4.90 for extra chicken, you won’t get it. Oh, you want extra rice? Forget it, because you won’t get it. This chipotle location has been nothing but a disappointment since it opened a couple years ago.Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!Hi-fi burritos is your better bet!!! Great food!!!

They can keep their no handles glass maze it's got for doors at the entrance, but I bet it's comical & entertaining to the employees to watch people like myself who's not used to that figure it out ??
I recently visited a local Chipotle with high hopes for a satisfying vegetarian meal. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to a significant mix-up in my order. Despite clearly requesting a pure vegetarian bowl, I discovered that it was inadvertently mixed with meat. This mistake not only compromised my dietary preferences but also raised concerns about attention to detail in food preparation. While the staff was apologetic upon realizing the error, the oversight was a notable letdown. This experience has made me cautious about returning and I hope Chipotle will implement stricter measures to respect and accurately fulfill specific dietary requests.

This place should be closed down.. you walk in and there’s 20 employees on their personal phones 1 person taking orders and a line all the way back to the entrance.. I would personally fire every employee who works here cause they’re absolutely useless..

Went to grab a burrito, was being very friendly and asked how the employee's day was, but this little Indian girl wasn't having it. "Any white or brown rice?" Was her response. She put an anemic portion down on the tortilla and her attitude and serving sizes didn't improve. Rushed me through even though there was no one else in line. Another employee at the register asked me if I "just got out of surgery" and asked if I had an amputation on my leg (i have both of my legs). Truly a bizarre customer service experience. I'm pretty sure I'm all set with this place.
