I would have given them a 5 but just for the manager. She has little to work with. Her overnight guy is speedy. The rest just plug along. One is often late. It delays everything. The drivethru line can sometimes be a long wait because of the merge of the to go line. There are 3 other Dunks in Dover and I still choose this one. The staff is awesome and my order is always right.
