Worst Dunkin ever. I'm not sure why but they are so slow, 3 or 4 times slower than other Dunkin. The food and coffee wasn't bad but wow, what a wait, 10 or 15 minutes or more with 4 cars is stupid. It figures it's the closest to my house.

I came in with an issue from another location and the woman helped me out tremendously. She was very kind and understanding of the situation. She was happy to resolve my issue.

I'm going to have to stop coming to this location because I will always be late to work even if I leave 20 min ahead of time. I will sit in a 4 car line for over 20 min EVERY time. The workers are nice but what is going on in there???

I would have given them a 5 but just for the manager. She has little to work with. Her overnight guy is speedy. The rest just plug along. One is often late. It delays everything. I ordered on the app at 6am. They just got the order. It's 6:15. I'm still waiting. Word of advice, waiting on the counter is their last priority. They will make sure they meet their time for drive thru. You wont be acknowledged until...Use the on-the-job app or the kiosk. The kiosk puts you in line with drive thru. Try not to get mad.
