“Passed this place 100 times and finally had time to stop in for breakfast.I planned on getting a breakfast bagel or burrito at first, but when I saw they had a special breakfast bowl on offer I figured I'd give it a shot and I'm so glad I did. I asked for it to go, which was probably a bit of a pain container wise, but the workers running the show had no problem and made it happen for me.I went on a short walk around the town while they made it, probably only 10-15 minutes when they also had about 10 other customers so excellent timing even when it's pretty busy inside. I'd probably order ahead next time to make it a bit easier on them as it's quite small inside and the kitchen also looks to be very small.The staff was awesome and very accommodating, the person at the counter made my green tea SUPER hot which I personally love and made sure to double cup it so I wouldn't have an issues holding it. A nice attention to detail that goes a long way with people I think.Can't wait to go back because my bowl was shockingly good, I expected your average run of the mill greasy breakfast meat with decently done eggs and some mushy veggies and was 100% wrong. They used awesome fresh crispy peppers, spinach (could have been kale), onions, potatoes which were a mix of sweet and gold and sausage. I got my eggs sunny side up and they were flawless, whoever works the grill nailed it.“

When I lived in Dover, Fat Dog was my “go to spot” for breakfast. I’ve since moved to the Midwest. But EVERY time I’m back…like this week…Fat Dog is my first stop for breakfast.“
“I've been here quite a few times and the food is always amazing!! ? I usually have some form of eggs Benedict, which is by far some of the best I've ever had! I do like to venture from the menu and try their specials, which never disappoints! Also, they do have a nice selection of adult beverages, and I have been known to imbibe in their signature mimosas ? on occasion. ?The service is always great, and the owners are a wonderful, hard-working family. I can't wait to go back!“
“Being the only breakfast/brunch option in New Market, the 30 minute wait time turned into a 65 minute wait time. Despite the wait, we really enjoyed our meals. Great waitstaff. Being the only breakfast/brunch option in New Market on a Sunday, kinda rude when folks just sit and linger when it is so apparent that many are waiting! Like the practice of many dining restaurants, there should be a time limit to a table on Sundays.“

“Most of the staff is excellent only one that is slow getting back for more coffee in the morning. Food is as I'd hope good quality and portion sizes. Actually I ask for 1/2 the potatoes in the morning. Always seem to go here before golfing at Rochester Country Club. Great place to meet up before the game and catch up.“
“Excuse my English.My grandfather was nothing more than a humble coffee bean farmer, as was his father. He spent his whole life growing the best coffee beans that Colombia has ever tasted. When he passed away, my father took over the business. The coffee was in my blood and I did what I could to help him. I had prepared to make the place when I was of legal age, but my father had other plans for me. He took the money he saved to send me to the University in the United States. I couldn't afford to come back to visit, so I spent my free time working to pay for school and studying hard to get my law degree. When I finally got my first job after graduating. I took my first paycheck to return it to him. He was older than I remembered and he had sold the business by then, but he was still him. And he still smelled like our family, like us, like coffee.The aroma of rise & grind given to my heart reminded me of him. The smell brought me back to my childhood home and to the large number of memories that accompanied me. The coffee had a boisterous flavor reminiscent of the powerful beans we used to prepare. I got a black coffee with sugar on the side and the taste alone was phenomenal.That's where the review would end if I didn't get the "Shack Up". ¡Asombroso!. Oh my God, that was an incredible sandwich. The flavor combinations were complementary to each other and work perfectly together. It was a very necessary addition to the order and I will order it again.In general, Rise & Grind was a truly revolutionary breakfast experience that I will enjoy again.
