August 22 around 5 pm. I didn’t get the name of the girl but she was working all by herself, but as bad as I felt she was the kindest fast food worker I have encountered! For sure deserves some sort of raise. Really recommend this Dunkin!!!!
There is a handwitten sign on the counter, saying to use the kiosk. After fidgeting with it (if you want two muffins, they have to be the same; it took me a few tries to figure out that I wanted 1 muffin and another 1 muffin), there is no way to use cash.
I shouted to a woman behind the counter, and she said to order at the counter for cash. Signage said nothing about that.
Once she started helping me, all was well. She was SPECTACULAR.

My friends and I stopped here for breakfast and one of the sandwiches were burnt and still served to us. I also got an everything bagel with cream cheese and the put an unnecessary amount of cream cheese on there.
