I go to this location almost every day and 98% of the time my iced coffee is exactly how I like it. If there’s a line, I’m not in it long. I do order on the mobile app ahead of time for pick up to make it easier. This location is 20 minutes out of my way and I pass the Dunkin’ Donuts on eddy rd to get to this one. The female employees are very hard workers, but the male employees need to learn to wear a belt and pull up their pants, rather offensive waiting for my coffee, watching people with their pants falling off showing their underwear
