“I go to this location almost every day and 98% of the time my iced coffee is exactly how I like it. If there’s a line, I’m not in it long. I do order on the mobile app ahead of time for pick up to make it easier. This location is 20 minutes out of my way and I pass the Dunkin’ Donuts on eddy rd to get to this one. I would much rather get a good iced coffee, and go the complete opposite direction. Versus wait in-line at eddy road dunks for the same time if not more, for a terrible coffee and terrible customer service“

“I came to McDonald’s August 12 at about 9 o’clock at night the lobby was closed so I tried going through the drive-through on my moped bike the lady at the window is extremely rude and told me she can’t serve me because of my bike I then called the restaurant and the gentleman who answered was extremely nice he open the lobby for me let me order my food and did the right thing I can visibly see all of his coworkers and managers giving him trouble and talking trash to him about letting me in and serving me but I believe he did the right thing and should be recognized for this“

Lived up to expectations!!The girls working were so friendly and helpful with suggestions and knowledge of the product and company.Lavender vanilla latte was delicious! “First time stopping in. It was around opening time on a weekday. Thankfully there's some off street parking spots behind the building.I ordered a white chocolate rose latte with whole milk and a maple chai scone. I was very impressed! The latte was well balanced; just the right amount of sweetness and not too floral. The espresso still shined through. The scone was fluffy and very yummy.The space was minimal and tidy. Plenty of seating for hanging out with feiends or getting work done. The staff was very kind and clearly enjoy what they do. I will definitely be back to try some other options on their menu! “I have no words. You have to experience this shop in person. Don’t look at photos, don’t read any other review, just go. Chocolate? The best I’ve ever had and changing everyday. Coffee? Of course, how can you have a chocolate shop and not have chocolates closest relative. Food? Visit their website because it varies. Today I had a Mallorca sandwich that was euphoric. A true labor of love fueled by passion and creativity. Richard is a chocolatier godsend, and has to be one of, if not, the best shop owners I’ve ever met. Go, enjoy, learn, and appreciate this gift.“
