“Another fabulous evening spent celebrating the creativity, food, service and atmosphere at THE. From the moment you walk through the door you feel welcome in the cozy space. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable about the dishes and the true farm to table, local, organic, method of preparation that goes into each bite. The menu is carefully crafted with what’s in season and uses the most local ingredients available. Tonight we had the artisanal cheeseboard (added chorizo, pesto and gluten free crackers) which we enjoyed with quince paste, whole grain mustard, pickled beets, cheddar, drunk Alice, and a blue. Perfect and just enough for 4. The farm fresh duck egg with polenta and tomato jam was cooked perfectly and a rich bite. We also had the roasted butternut squash and fennel soup which was velvety and smooth and the croutons offered a nice crunch! For entrees we had the homemade Creste di Gallo carbonara which was a light veggie forward version and delicious! We also had the chicken cacciatore over jasmine rice. The chicken was cooked perfectly and still moist with great flavor from the veg. For dessert we enjoyed a French press decaf, vanilla bean ice cream and the beignets with ALL the sauces! To die for! Our servers Zoe and Caitlin were wonderful, attentive but not hovering..it is an experience to dine here and we can’t wait to be back! Thank you Thompson House Eatery, Chef Jeff and family!“

“Almost struck out looking a place to take the family for lunch, third time was the charm!! What and amazing not so little place, it looks small from the street but when you get in it's huge and full of super cool antiques, signs, and more!! It was so unique that every table was different from the next, views of the river and mountains in the back were picturesque. The food was something to remember! The pizza was the best I have had north of Massachusetts, makes you wanna start with the crust! Philly cheese steak was super good, beef was delicious. Be sure to try the Irish nachos, what a way to use your potato peels if you use a knife to peel them. The pear salad comes with steak tips and the salad was huge!! And definitely try the turkey sandwich, it's everything thanksgiving is between 2 buns!“

“We went for lunch. Our server was Paul. The nicest man. He ran to give me my jacket I left on the back of my chair. He also ran outside but we had gone because my friend left her credit card on the table. We turned around went back and Paul was so professional and sweet. He was so happy we came back to pick up the credit card. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was amazing. Nice and bright and clean.“

Every thing we tried was great - so great that out of the 4 days we were in town we ate there twice....we never do that while on vacation. “Got to sit at the outside bar. Very good choice in music. We were treated very well. Had drinks and food. Which was so good! Had the bison steak with bing cherry bourbon Demi-glace. Now I never had a bison steak before, but oh man was this good. I’ll be honest the steak didn’t need the bing cherry sauce on it. Also had some wings which were very good as well. My friend had the Sheppards pie which he enjoy as well. Would recommend the white sangria as well.“

“My husband and I had a great meal. He had veal parm, it melted in your mouth. I had chicken picata, yummy. The penne pasta in both meals was al dente. The meals came with a nice side salad with italian dressing and fresh bread with great dipping oil. If you love Italian food and are in North Conway this is the place to go. Reservations recommended as they are verrrry popular.?“

“I have nothing negative to say about The Sunrise Shack! The wait staff was very friendly and patient (I'm very indecisive). The food was 10 out of 10! I’d drive back up to try something new. The atmosphere felt like walking into a family member’s house!“

“We stopped here on a whim on our way back to our home state and it definitely didn't disappoint. The decor is 100% cabin everywhere you look think if L.L. Bean had to fit into a restaurant. The food was so good we had burgers and they were both cooked to order and came out on metal meal trays which was cute and unique. Our 5yo son was with us and our waitress who we later found out was the owner was super sweet and made sure to speak directly to him which is a nice touch alot of people over look. We will go out of our way next time we are in NH to eat here again.“

“Really great restaurant in the center of North Conway. We had the meatball sandwich and ravioli and chicken parm dishes, plus off menu mocktails the waitress suggested which were delicious. Don't skip the cookie skillet dessert if they have it on special. No reservations so you may have to wait but worth if.“

Always prompt with my order, EXTREMELY kind and caring, everyone is on the same page to push orders out when they are busy, always with a smile on everyone's face. Definitely 5/5. Either call ahead, or walk in, the experience is great.Parking: Depending on time of day, parking can get tight. Normally plenty of spots available.“

“My go to spot in Bartlett. I had the chicken finger basket for lunch it was great. The fish and chips I had for dinner was perfect, thick golden crunchy beer batter. The fries and pizzas are great too. You can't go wrong with any of the burgers either! Great view of the mountain, good selection of beers. Great bartenders.“

Started with the wings (fantastic sauce -- great mix of sweet and spicy), brussels sprouts (so yummy though a little too much dressing), and mussels (scrumptious and the sausage added a wonderful richness). Had the salad special which had a delicious fruit chevre and berries. Dinner included teriyaki steak tips that were perfectly done and baked haddock that melted in my mouth. Great service too. “My favorite local place! There's so many choices in the area but this is a gem. They're consistent ( order the halibut if you like seafood) I've NEVER been disappointed! The scallops are fantastic too! If you have a sweet tooth.....SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT, they're all fantastic!“

We had doubts going there but don’t judge a book.There was a group of seasoned eaters there that taught us that they make rolls fresh. It was early but the owner/manager got us some since we asked. We ordered a lobster roll, clam chowder and clam strips.The breading of all these were out of this world, so fresh and light with amazing flavor. The cocktail sauce was made from scratch and was great. Everything was so great.Our server was new and he was an artist which he was presented well. He did some great work. He was also a local that provided us places to go hike.10/10 would recommend to go if you are in the area.The bathroom rating was a 4/5 for having a stall and urinal for the men. “Tacos are really good, beans and rice not good. Service is pretty good. Unfortunately for the very high price point they need to up their game. Overall it's good for a quick lunch. Just wish the rice and beans had the same character as the tacos.“

“In Conway from Colorado and so happy we decided to try this place. The Wheat Blueberry beer was incredible and has blueberries in it! All of the food we got was delicious and served quickly and they have a cute selection of accessories for you and your doggo.“

“Ledges is now our favorite restaurant in the area. I had the strawberry banana pancakes, and my friend had the blueberry pancakes, and they were both excellent. My son had the croque madame, one of his favorite dishes and it was also very good. We cleaned off all the plates and unfortunately did not have room for dessert. The only down side was the regular space was under construction and we were in a smaller temporary room which was not quite as nice.“
