Place a mobile order at least 15 mins in advance here to have the least chance of waiting for your drinks (not your food your drinks) to be ready when you get there. Most focus is on the drive thru so if you walk around in one if the many walking paths in town good luck ordering for walk in pick up Like I do. They put 100% effort on drive thru and like maybe have one person check the front every 10 mins. I only order here because It's next to my work. Morning crew down the street is at least faster.

I would definitely give five stars to Gail. However if someone else is putting together the orders and can't make it before you get there and then waste a bunch of time while you are there and you need to go to work then I won't be so happy. Gail is way way better than whoever did it this morning. Lady couldn't even notice I was waiting for someone to ask why I was standing there. Like basic observation. I stopped going to court st because of people not making the order when it's a pickup or people making coffee but not bagging the donut.

went to this dunkins at 2pm on 1/16/24, the person with the buzzed undercut not only redid the shots for my coffee after they had been sitting, but they also had pulled some of the best ones I’ve ever had. 10/10

I ordered a sausage and cheese wake up wrap with NO EGG since I have an egg allergy. I got to work & went to eat my food but unfortunately had to throw it out since both wake up wraps had egg. PLEASE pay closer attention to what your customers say/what is written on the slip, especially when it comes to allergies.

I wish I could give it more starts as it's very close to my House but it's a Huge Inconvenience when they have the drive-Thru only sign up especially in the morning when I have to go to work I'm I'm in the process of getting my license and was really looking forward for a Coffee this morning Stop putting that sign up it drives away business

80% of the time it’s perfect, but every now and then it sucks. 7/4/23 11:30am: Truly terrible. Fundamentally messed up my order, and when I asked about it, they said that that’s how the drink was made. 7/16/23 11:30am: Perfectly made the same exact two drinks that I had ordered on 7/4. I was going to stop coming here completely if they messed it up again, so I’m cautiously optimistic.

Prepare for them to mess your order up 9/10 times and still charge you for it.but you wait when there not busy for 20 mins so you don't let em know they messed up cuz it'll take 20 more.the old ladies here are

I was one of two people in line at 7:15AM and ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. When I opened my bag after paying and leaving my food was burnt to a crisp.
