I would definitely give five stars to Gail. However if someone else is putting together the orders and can't make it before you get there and then waste a bunch of time while you are there and you need to go to work then I won't be so happy. Gail is way way better than whoever did it this morning. Lady couldn't even notice I was waiting for someone to ask why I was standing there. Like basic observation. went to this dunkins at 2pm on 1/16/24, the person with the buzzed undercut not only redid the shots for my coffee after they had been sitting, but they also had pulled some of the best ones I’ve ever had. 10/10
