Was helped by Barbara and an other associate didn’t get her name but both employees were very helpful and kind with smiles on their faces and I greatly appreciated the fact that they are the only dunkins that was able to take and complete my order to my satisfaction.

I love DD, but I hate having to wait for 30 minutes for my coffee to cool down so I can drink it, even though I always ask for coffee with ice in it to cool it down. Today I FINALLY got what I ordered!
