I ordered through the Dunkin'app and my order was ready when I arrived. I had a Strawberry ? Dragon Fruit ? Coconut ? Refresher. It did quench my thirst!I didn't interact with the staff. Was helped by Barbara and an other associate didn’t get her name but both employees were very helpful and kind with smiles on their faces and I greatly appreciated the fact that they are the only dunkins that was able to take and complete my order to my satisfaction.
There food sits for hours before it's used because they say to keep it until 5pm without being touched since noon. The service is pretty good but employees tend to get yelled at in front of customers causing an uncomfortable atmosphere. It's pretty toxic there especially as a worker.
Horrible. Ordered in the app. Didn't have cold brew....didn't say anything until we asked where our other coffee was. Didn't offer refund or anything except adding an espresso shot to a regular iced coffee. Coffee is bitter. Tried to charge me to top off my dog's reusable water bottle with water.

I came to this location 3 weeks ago for a sandwich. It was charcoal black. I asked for a new one and was told yes ? come back I don’t ever go that way so I informed I wouldn’t be by anytime soon. Now it’s been too long and you can’t recieve a new sandwich ??? I didn’t know there was a time Limit of fixing your MISTake! Disgusting ? service thx lol ? y’all need that sandwich more than me

Absolutely HORRIBLE! If you want to be spoken to with disrespect and then get bad coffee on top of it then this is the place to go. Michelle (was told this was the store manager) told me to have a horrible day after I asked her not to speak to me with disrespect after just asking for an additional pump of flavor in my coffee. She insinuated that I wasn't willing to pay for the extra pump when I was. I ordered 4 pumps and my cup only said she entered 1 pump. I pay for whatever I order with no issue. There was no reason for her to treat me so poorly.

If we're going to hire kids then make sure they know basic math skills.... it's not that hard instead of keeping money for the tip jar so they can feel good about taking money from someone
