I absolutely love 27Teas, the teas are delicious and the social media posts are really informative!! Plus, the store is so cute, I wish I could visit more...but shipping has been very fast, so I'm never without my favorite cup.
Please forgive me for the low rating I gave this wonderful establishment yesterday.Upon writing my review ...I was immediately contacted by the owner Margaret who shared her situation and apologized. Definitely no apology necessary - I believe I over reacted. Margaret encouraged me to order online and offered free shipping due to the inconvenience. We are fortunate to be local to this great little tea shop. My wife and I drink a lot of coffee and we’re looking for some quality tea as an alternative. I’m a bit of a coffee snob but I know next to nothing about tea. Thankfully Margret was there to explain the differences between all the different types and blends. We left with a couple of black teas as well as some tea to help with inflammation and a good night time tea.
