We are fortunate to be local to this great little tea shop. My wife and I drink a lot of coffee and we’re looking for some quality tea as an alternative. I’m a bit of a coffee snob but I know next to nothing about tea. Thankfully Margret was there to explain the differences between all the different types and blends. We left with a couple of black teas as well as some tea to help with inflammation and a good night time tea.

Please forgive me for the low rating I gave this wonderful establishment yesterday.Upon writing my review ...I was immediately contacted by the owner Margaret who shared her situation and apologized. Definitely no apology necessary - I believe I over reacted. Margaret encouraged me to order online and offered free shipping due to the inconvenience. Late yesterday afternoon I placed my order and unbelievably - received my tea today with a lovely note.As I sit here having a cup - I encourage you all to either visit or order online from this fabulous business woman.Yesterday's post:What a disappointment! Drove 40 miles, parked 1 mile away, paid the meter and finally found 27Teas.Although the mill was interesting to walk through - it was quite difficult to find the shop. Finally found Suite 2001 and NO ONE WAS THERE!!!Now to order online I need to pay for shipping? I think not.As I said...what a disappointment to be unable to purchase such wonderful products and meet the owner who I have supported online and at a Christmas fair.

Great customer service and quick delivery. They made sure I got my first order discount when I signed up for their newsletter and set up an account. They promote small business and work with a charity.They have both caffeine and non caffeinated teas.Friendly notes from the owner was a nice touch!If these flavors are still available, I recommend them: Cinnamon Caramel Apple ????, Gentle Lemongrass, Powering Off, Ginger Peach ????, Tumeric Trio, that one will change the inside color of your cup ????, Earl Grey, Banana ???? Bread and Chocolate ???? Peppermint Bark.I was there at there grand opening in there Manchester location, though they were open while they were setting up. Nice little shoppe. They are not setting up for a cafe but will run their operation from here. I met the owner and her family and they were all friendly.I recommend a visit. If you do, the "D" stairwell is right across from them. If you use the North entrance, after you enter the 2nd floor, head to the end ???? of the hallway.

Love the Carribean green, green with jasmine, and Matcha. All teas from this brand taste very high quality. They taste pure with no unwanted bitterness or undesirable tastes that i find common amongst other tea brands. I'm happy I can support local while truly finding the teas exceptional quality.

I’m so glad I found a local loose leaf tea company. I first had their tea at The Bookery in Manchester, NH. I’ve tried the orange black tea, Jasmine green, and early morning earl grey to name a few. All have been fantastic. 27Teas makes changing to local/low waste easy and clearly the better option :)

Alllll of them are my favorite. Margaret is just an amazing human, mom and business owner. She often sends personal notes with orders and loves to support small business in NH. My favorites in the summer are matcha, butterfly pea flower, and hibiscus berry. Winter favorites include New England chai and cinnamon caramel apple.You won’t be disappointed with any teas you order!!

Recently got into loose leaf teas and thought I would try out a local supplier. Great choice on my part!!! The green teas are great (specifically whimsical and strawberry greens). And you can't go wrong with pea flower served over lemonade!!! Will definitely order again! Quick delivery and good prices. BONUS...if don't want to brew at home, I can always visit Cafe La Reine where they serve up many 27 Teas varieties.

We found 27Teas at a craft fair. The presentation and lovely smell enticed us to try a few different teas. We also purchased a tea strainer to put directly into a mug which makes it quick and easy to brew a cup anytime. The tea is AMAZING! Because it is so fresh, the flavor is unlike any tea we've ever tasted. It tastes like TEA! Every tea we tried was delicious! We LOVE the Raspberry Decaf, Strawberry Green and especially Mint to Be. We purchased Pumpkin as a gift and it got RAVE reviews! We were able to find a few flavors at a Vintage Shop but wouldn't hesitate to order directly from the company. Try it, you'll LOVE it!
