Dunkin' Donuts in Manchester

“Friendly little Dunkin' that is working on developing a connection to the community. The clientele and associates make me think 🤔 of the "Golden Girls" visiting "🥂 Cheers". Customers were actually addressed by their name 📛 and one associate was talking to a group of ladys who were crocheting.
There are outlets where you can charge your device. I would recommend a plug that will prevent your device from being hacked or prevent the download of malware.
I ordered a Dunkin's refresher online and it was ready when I arrived. My second 🥈 visit, I just had a coffee ☕ with five Munchkins. It was Dunkin' but I liked both.
If you like Dunkin', or Dunkin, or Dunkin Donuts, then I recommend this one.

“As a franchise, DD's in my opinion has it down to a science. The major differences typically centered around the staff.

This was an amazing experience! Professional, happy, witty, and fast service!!! Everyone worked together in perfect harmony!!!

“I love Dunkin's location for the people, the service, and the product. Although I did a drive-thru, I also had to go in to use the facility. The drive-thru was busy but the staff kept that line moving with no wait. I decided to go inside and the facility as well as restrooms were very clean. It was peaceful inside. A great place to read a book or review emails.“

“EDITED:(SEE BELOW⬇️?)Great place, friendly staff, perfect food and drinks, clean and fast service, as long as this is the one off exit 1 on NH101 in Auburn in the Mr.Mikes/mobile gas station cuz they're the best in the whole area from Manchester to the seacoast!! Craig, Ashley, Alexis, Olivia, Diane and anyone else I haven't mentioned (because I may not know your name)are exceptional! They go above and beyond for their customers and actually care and make their food and drinks with love ♡ and you can taste the difference ? they're all amazing employees and whoever does the hiring continue to hire amazing people and you know exactly what a business needs. You've all done a great job and I will forever be loyal to this store because of their employee's and how they treat customers with the upmost respect and kindness!! “I have only stopped in this location once or twice, but I accidentally ordered a DoorDash order to myself instead of my mother. I don’t care much for her coffee, but I was getting it anyways lol.. I called to ask if they would mind switching the way it’s made because of this and the manager (morning manager I spoke with) was super understanding and was happy to change my order! Even apologized! I had to say “it wasn’t you, this was 100% my mistake, thank you so much for this!” He could have easily told me no. And I would have completely understood, it was definitely my mistake, and most dunks today don’t care about customer service and are very rude especially when a customer asks for them to fix the customers mistake!! I will forever go to this dunks even if it’s out of my way now!!!“

“Always something missing. Some of the employees don't even acknowledge you. Trash area is always mess. I find myself cleaning it while waiting.

Parking: Heavy FedEx and Amazon location. Trucks coming and going and it's hard to get in in the morning.

“I definitely still love my Cumberland farm coffee but until they get up and running coffee again on Hanover Street I am going to Dunkin' donuts and their coffee is always good it's just every person makes it different so you have to get used to “

“This is the fastest, Dunkin’ Donuts! I don’t know how they do it! My only concern, is the past few months, whenever I get the mini bagels, they’re so hot like they’ve been nuked in a microwave… They’re impossible to pick up. And I did burn my mouth on them the first time. Please don’t nuke these!“

“These employees are the poster child for how a Dunkin’ should be run. The flow, the customer service, the management, and the overall vibe are truly the best in the state. I can order my coffee while I’m walking in, and it’s ready by the time I step through the door. They absolutely blow the 2nd Street location out of the water!

Dear owner: if you happen to own both locations, please consider having the staff from this store train the team over there—because that location is seriously struggling with cohesiveness.

Nonetheless, the employees at this location take the crown for being the absolute best Dunkin’ in the entire state!“

“Service was all around a very good experience ? The employee greeted me with a smile, as I approached the counter. I ordered an Iced Coffee, and it was prepared exactly how I ordered it, the coffee was fresh and tasted great!Gratuity was well deserved to the employee who served me! I hope gratuities are aloud to be given to the employees at this location?!“

“Fast service and friendly people. Easy access and plenty of parking. Well lighted and comfortable. Tasty food and Drinks with a Large assortment of Hot And cold Drinks to choose from. Great breakfast Burritos. Coffee Bean's to purchase and cool mugs to buy. Great for families and friends.“

“Frozen coffee is fantastic. I don't like hot coffee though. I initially fell in love with the Coffee Coolata and wanted to cry when it was discontinued. An employee gave me a sample of the Frozen coffee but I found it too bitter and strong. She then suggested that I request HALF the coffee syrup. It was almost like the Coolata! If you liked the Coolata you've got to try the half syrup frozen coffee.“

“I've never had issues in roughly 8 years coming to this DD. Friendly staff and my orders are always ready when I arrive. Use the DD app, place your order and in 5-10 minutes skip the line, pick up your order and earn points for free items on the menu once sufficient points are accumulated.“

“Had the worst day ever when my car battery umexpextedly died in the drive through line. Thankfully the person behind me helped by pushing my car with hers so I was out of the line but still not in the best spot. The staff brought my order to my car which I wasn't even thinking about any longer. I waited almost 2 hours for a tow and some other customers were absolutely awful. Yelling and making rude gestures and giving me the finger. I was crying and sweating my butt off trying to keep it together. The manager brought me out a cup of iced water and was so kind. As were the rest of the staff. And my frozen coffee was made perfectly. They were amazing on a really bad day for me.“
