The food was delicious and the servers were very kind and welcoming. I could see that they all work together in unison. The place was cozy and the seats were comfy. I truly enjoyed this restaurant. This place is located inside the hotel of doubletree. I feel comfortable and really am enjoying my stay, which is my second time. I look forward to breakfast.

it was an extreme let down. Apparently there was severely understaffed and we were told that multiple times by Erica our waitress. The table next to us sat down and ordered about 10 to 15 minutes after us and got there food and drinks within a few minutes, while we were still waiting for our food. Very POOR service. I have food allergies and asked if anything I was ordering had any monosodium glutamate, due to my allergies to it and was told that the meat came on a slab. I never received an answer. So I asked again and this time was told that the kitchen was way too busy, so don't expect an answer. Needless to say I did not eat anything, except for the tortillas and queso. I will not dine here again. I think you need to get your act together.

Read all the reviews.NOT ALLERGEN FRIENDLY!!!The staff is literally too busy to check the ingredients for potential allergens. The staff is NOT trained, they are understaffed, and the food is generally subpar. The charcuterie board looked like an assortment of stuff that they picked up at the local market basket and slapped on a board. On top of that, some of the meats smelled and were very questionable.Soft drinks are served in tiny glasses with only a few ounces and refills never appear.Unfortunately, decor aside, there is not much positive that can be stated about the dining experience. I strongly suggest dining elsewhere.Dietary restrictions: The restaurant is not friendly when it comes to food allergies or dietary restrictions. They are clearly eat at your own risk!

I booked the reservation for a party of five at 5pm on Saturday. I thought we were going to eat in the dining room. This is in a large hotel, we actually ate in the bar area. The menu is small, but everything was very good. The calamari was excellent, as was the fish and chips. The blackened shrimp tacos were good, but needed a little more filler. The staff was attentive, prices were on par for downtown Manchester.

Service was very slow. We checked in for our reservation on time and were seated, however, our waitress was not notified. After about 10 minutes, she came to the table and accused us of seating ourselves in a rude tone. We said no, we had a reservation and her demeanor immediately changed. The restaurant was nearly empty, 3 servers working and no one really served. Food was fine, but do not recommend. We were arriving from Hawaii and did not want to drive to dinner and since we were staying at the hotel, we found this option.

First, This place is New England Hospitality. Everyone is so NiCE. People you enjoy talking too, great service. The food, well I can only talk about the SPANISH SALAD. (I did not have breakfast in the hotel)I wish I had taken a foto of it.1/4 piece of chicken. $4Handful of Lettuce only $12Tip $3. Total $20TWENTY DOLLARS For lettuce and 1/4 piece of chicken (there was a package of dressing). This would be acceptable if the was some tomatoes, cheese chunks, nuts sprinkled on it or a reasonable size of chicken breast.I don’t write bad reviews. Thanks to the great staff but someone needs to improve the quality of food going out.

Time of day was 2:15 pm Very quiet and slow. Found a waitress named Erica who had been there for 2 wks. She was friendly and helpful. Husband had a hamburger, I had a haddock sandwich, both came with fries. Nothing special, but was good.

Jake was awesome. Super friendly and down to earth. We loved the appetizers. The meal was great as well. Definitely will eat at this restaurant again when we stay at the Hilton.

Took over an hour just for our waitress to get our drinks, meanwhile there were several open tables and very few diners. Then after delivering our second round of drinks and our appetizer, seemed bothered by the fact that we were wanting to order actual food (as we had our baby with us) which also took a ridiculous amount of time for it to come out.

This is the restaurant in the Doubletree hotel. You will have to pay to park, and while it says there is valet parking we could not find it. Our waiter was pleasant and attentive, but that's about all we can say positively for this place. The chips and dip were Ruffles chips with what I think was ranch dressing with cut up pickles in it. It was not pleasant but we ate the chips without the dip. I ordered a grilled cheese with no avocado, but it came with avocado, turning the whole sandwich mushy and green. The soup was inedible - it was watery and the broccoli in it tasted like it hadn't been cooked long enough. My husbands burger was lukewarm, and had been sitting for a while, while the fries that came with it were so hot you couldn't eat them. Interestingly though neither of us ate more than 3-4 bites of our food, nobody asked if anything was wrong with it. Also, there was a party of 24 seated while we were there and they allowed all the children to sit at a table by themselves with no parents, so the noise level in the restaurant was staggering. We will not be returning.

The wait staff are great. There was one incident where some one in our party has a life-threatening peanut allergy and after food had already come out and we had been eating we were told the oils the food was cooked in might've had nuts. So, there was a bit of a panic regarding that, but the manager got involved and assured everyone there are no nuts in the kitchen. The chef also came out to confirm that. We felt the waitress didn't have adequate education about allergies by the way she handled the situation, so that could certainly be improved. Food was good. Ambiance was nice. Overall, it was a good experience.

Stopped in for drinks and possibly dinner. The staff was super nice but very short staffed so service was very slow. Drinks were good. Decided not to stay for dinner so can't comment on the food.

Waitress was poor at best ... and she said she was training a new person ... that's a recipe for disaster. I had to go to the bar to get silverware and napkin as well as drinks ... twice. She was scarce at best. Food was OK but a medium well burger was still pink in the middle. Couldn't find waitress so I ate it anyway. Food was overpriced and had little to choose from. We weren't impressed and will likely eat elsewhere the next time we stay at the Doubletree.

Jake, the host and Jake, our server were amazing! He welcomed us, checked our food allergies and checked if food had any dairy. The butternut soup was good. In my opinion it didn't need the bacon. The charcuterie board was okay. The pickles and Naan were good! Maybe they can offer the charcuterie board with a choice of meat or cheeses. The Brussel sprouts could have been roasted or sautéed a bit longer and no mustard. But Jake is amazing. Truly appreciate him going above and beyond to accommodate and provide with 5 star service! Cheers to Jake!

Awful service and frozen food reheated. Was there an hour and a half and the server only came to us 3 times. 45 minutes after ordering we were not checked on for drinks or to let us know our food was almost out. Also, she definitely forgot to put our appetizer in… we had to ask a manager about it 45 minutes in.
