I don't know what they had going on, but I sat in the drive thru line for 10min before getting to the order box. I sat there for another 10min. They told me they'd be right with me, until I drove off. Maybe there's a perfectly logical experience, but even if there is, the layout of the drive thru is not large enough and has cars out in the road blocking traffic.

Went thru the drive thru. The service was awesome. Very friendly guy at the window really showed he cared about his job and the service he gave us. The biggie bags are a great value when I am treating my grown son!

Very poor customer service at this location on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Had to wait at least 15 minutes for two sandwiches and an order of fries. Staff, when they did appear at the front counter, did not seem to be overly concerned that the order was taking so long to prepare. When it was ready, bag was placed on the counter, with no apology or even a thank you. Oh, did I mention there was no hot coffee available at 10:00 AM. One employee, at least I think it was an employee, was walking around the dining room wearing an MTV hoodie sweatshirt with head fully covered. Not planning a return trip.
Charged me for something I didn’t order, the fries were so cold ! Ice cold, at the window!

I have worked at Wendy’s before so I know what the quality of food should be at all stores. This place was definitely below average. The fry’s were really not good at all and I think that they need to change the oil. My burger was ok but I think the meat was sitting on the grill for awhile. After I ate here I immediately got bad stomach issues and it lasted for a little while. Very slow service. Had to wait 40 mins . There are some really good employees in there, but there was one employee working inside who was slowing everything down.Customers were literally passing each others orders to other customers and helping each other out.Even the other employees were frustrated because of this slow inefficient employee.I will put in the approx time when I was there (9.25pm and got out at 10:05pm) 23rd Dec 2023, just in case the owner notices this and takes some action. I only had a drink order under 4 dollars.
