“I think the soul of great food is in the flavor. And today i had the best, most soulful taco experience in my whole, long life. The Tacos De Choripollo Plate. Honestly an 11 on a scale of 1-10. Complex and masterfull plate of 3 packed servings of slow-cooked pollo and chorizo tacos. Juicy, meaty, tangy, aromatic, and bountiful flavor That and the corn chowder with a touch of heat, a bit of lime and jalapeño. Combined with an amazing and friendly staff. A beautiful family. This establishment is the rarest of the rare. What an experience!”

“Ogie Brewing in Milford, NH for a flight+ & a full pour. There is a handful of fun places in the downtown area, but Ogie definitely stands out as the best. This is my third trip here since they opened & I have been impressed with their beers everytime I've come in. There is a handful of different styles offered here, but it's definitely a heavy IPA menu. I've had a good amount of different types of IPAs here including sessions, rye, New England, double, American, fruited & more. The owner & brewer Bill is a fun guy to chat with, super informative & knowledgeable about the beers he's making. My friend & I got there just after opening so we had the place to ourselves & talked beer & more for a bit with the brewer while we were drinking. ?

The full pour I started off with was FRIAR'S PURSE Lager which was delicious & a above average lager. I then moved on to my flight which included LE PETIT BOUQUET Pale Ale, BLUEBERRY EYES Fruit beer, ERIC IPA Double IPA & ALIEN AUTOPSY IPA. All four were delicious, but the ERIC IPA stood out as my favorite. I then finished off the visit with a taster of SASQUATCH STOLE MY IPA, a solid New England IPA. ??

The taproom itself isn't huge, but there is plenty of seating options from the bar & a dining room area with plenty of tables. No food is offered, but your welcome to bring your own in or order something to be delivered. There is beer to go as well & from the looks of it he has his own canning machine out back. You can mix & match singles so you can try as much as possible which is always a plus. Overall always a good time & this trip was no different. ???☘?

“Food is excellent. The complaint is to sit for a few moments and chat prior to ordering is rather uncomfortable. They definitely want to turn over tables and get you fed and out quickly. So not the place to go with a friend or family to socialize and have a bite to eat. Been there often enough to conclude. Other than that very excellent service, clean piping hot food! Recommended.”

“We found this place on our way out of New Hampshire. What a great place! We come up every year and stay at Lake Shore Village in Weare, NH. In one lucky stop, this became our go to place when leaving for home! The food was awesome, the server was fabulous (I wish I remembered her name). She was so attentive and super sweet! We all agreed she has a great personality, perfect for the job! Thanks for a great experience all around!

“I kept hearing this place was great and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. You certainly don't feel like you're in a strip mall Restaurant, the interior is gorgeous and very comfortable. The menu had so many options I was interested in. I ended up sharing the calamari appetizer and getting the Vietnamese beef stew. Both were absolutely excellent! I can honestly say this is going to be one of our new regular spots. And, exceptional staff!”

“In my many decades I have made much sushi myself, and had much take-out sushi. Today I ordered 7 uramaki for take-out from Sake House. ALL 7 rolls were stuffed into a plastic container in the way you expect sardines to be stuffed into a container. What maroon doesn't know that sushi rice sticks to everything, including itself? Separating the pieces was a nightmare. Never again will I buy from, or recommend Sake House. What a disgraceful mess for this take-out. Only a disreputable establishment doesn't care how they present their food. This had to be eaten with a fork in stead of chop sticks. This place is a complete disgrace. But there are many sushi places around Milford that may be honorable. Sake House is definitely not. Go ahead. If you have money to burn, find out what take-out from this place is like. Just don't share with friends and family if you care about them playing a positive part in your life.”

“We are frequent flyers at the BrickHouse. Perry and his staff are quick, professional and very friendly. Staff always looks happy and the food is always amazing. This past weekend I had an event planned and we quickly had to find another location. I reached out to Perry and he was able to accommodate all of our guests in the wine bar upstairs. Even while hosting another event downstairs. Our bartender was great and the cocktails were amazing. Perry checked in with us often asking if we needed anything else. I highly recommend hosting an event here and be sure to check their Facebook page for the weekly entertainment they have.”

“The food is always pretty consistent, but unfortunately the prices charged are not. We order from here pretty often & order the same 2 sandwiches but the prices are different almost every time. Example, tonight the total was $ 18.32, the last time it was $19.43 & before that it was $ 18.87 & so on & so forth. If the order is always the same, the charge should be the same as well. I've been here in town for 40+ years, I remember when this location was called "The Pleasure House". Everyone there should be on the same page when it comes to ringing out a customer.”

So my card didn't have enough to cover my order, and my car was having mechanical problems in the parking lot.. rough day to say the least..? and the staff brought my order out to me in the parking lot anyways.
