I don't often go to the mall now that I am grown but I do find there are still a few shops I like to visit. The mall is mismatched with different types of stores and the food court isn't what it use to be. It seems cold and unfriendly in atmosphere aspects, hopefully that is a temporary effect of Covid-19. Shopping there at the holidays just didn't feel the cheer. Good location and on the boarder of NH it can be convenient.

This is your standard shopping mall, very basic with its current anchor stores being: Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, JC Penny & Macy’s (with the space that use to Sears still empty). The mall has always been clean and well managed from any time I have been there. The pandemic has hit them hard and many stores are empty, but hopefully that will change soon. Parking is good here too, never had a problem finding a space even during the holiday season.

It's a good mall has good stores and a good food court and a good lay out. A lot has changed in that some stores had to leave due to Covid. Still a good mall.

I'll keep this one short and sweet. I went to get my watch battery changed and link taken out so that it fit better on my wrist. The place I went was phenomenal. I'll add their details later. Then I explored the food court. Glad that there's a WIDE variety to choose from. More later as well...

Five stars for convenience off the highway. Five stars for having quality shops worth the drive from MA. Five stars for always having parking available anytime I've gone in the last few years. One star removed for the harassment from the kiosk dudes. They are seriously "in your face" and don't take no for an answer. I know I've got flowing locks but leave my hair alone!

I love this mall and it’s so released and I like to spend time shopping ? with my family and friends. All my favorites stores are there. Just over the border in Nashua, it provides that tax free shopping experience Massachusetts residents love. The selection of retailers is decent, with a majority of store fronts populated. Some retailers are obviously shuttered as a result of the pandemic, but with the anchors and the retailers on showcase here, there isn’t much need to worry about not finding what you came looking for. Food court is sufficient, and has some decent options. All in all, a decent shopping mall, and a great example of the shopping malls of yesterday.

Constantly bothered by the hair kiosk people downstairs near the elevator. Feel like I can't even walk downstairs anymore because of how I'll have to walk by that kiosk. If someone isn't looking at your kiosk or looking at you please leave them alone especially if they are on their phone or with someone else. Your products on the kiosk are clearly on display. If someone is interested they will stop. Also, this mall plays their music in the mall ridiculously loud. Also get some better stores. There is hardly any selection at this mall with modern clothing stores. And why do smokers get to smoke at the benches outside the food court? There used to be a no smoking sign there and they had to smoke on the other side of the food court. There's plenty of open space on the other side if you choose to smoke.

horrible customer service by the today’s managerl work in the mall upstairs iFixPhones - and been buying coffee from this Dunking over 10 years. Always nice people here and sweet conversations.Today l stood in front of cash register for literally 15 mins and then the guy stood up from the chair (in the back room) came to me n took my order. then when the manager woman handle me the coffee l nicely mentioned that “it took so long, l never waited that long” - she got very aggressive n said “EXCUSE ME” n that face she gave me. and l got mad at her.((writing this review to make sure the owner reads it and take care of his business with nice and intellectual people.

There is a male worker recently working, maybe it has been 2 months he is working. He is terrible at this job. I am ranking him right now, and even one star is a lot. He acts like he is drunk all the time. And works super slow. Orders are not accurate. And don't take orders' placement correctly. Please dunkin, don't hire people like this. Whenever I see him working, I don't order. Otherwise other workers were okay.

This is one of the worst locations you could possibly go to. The store was not clean and the employee were rude. The service was really slow, I had to wait about 20 min just to get frozen coffee. The management was taking their own sweet time and when I told them about it she was talking down on me, laughed and started rolling her eyes. Do not go this location.

Went in after resizing my ring and the worker at the time, Justin, ruined the mood. At first it was kind of funny to be greeted with a not-so-enthusiastic “Helllllloooo… Welcomeee to Dunnkins” but he was so quick to try and finish the transaction. My boyfriend asked for a Ice pumpkin chai latte for me and before he can say his drink, Justin tried saying “It’ll be $5.40” but luckily my boyfriend got his word in… We waited and as my boyfriend got his drink (which was slightly wrong) He took care of another customer with a whole new attitude that we didn’t experience and then continued cleaning. My boyfriend had to ask for my drink which he then asked “what’d you get?” then proceeds to drop his mop/broom, kick it around and then finally make my drink. If Justin had a better attitude/customer service knowledge, I really wouldn’t have mind waiting… But my goodness it was such an awful atmosphere and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
