Okay customer service, only 'fair' for food. I knew Panera, and yet they didn't even meet expectations. Ordered chicken, got none on my Mediterranean bowl. Ordered the apple, got chips. So, I complained, I was offered refund, and I accepted. So far, service okay, But..But that does not much explain what is in the attached photo: I'd only "dug in" 2-3 bites to look for the missing chicken; left half of photo'd bowl not yet disturbed before photo taken. I wish I could eat the poster, The food they show on tv or the poster on the front window doesn't represent what happens inside. I would probably go there for a quick coffee and/or a pastry but if you want a meal go to the Wendy's accross the parking lot. This company must be under new ownership.

Tasty food, Service was a bit slow but it was packed at peak hour and staff was working hard. Clean, neat environment. I had delicious tomato soup with cheese sandwich, plus very tasty chicken sandwich.
