“Overall, I love Panera. Today was an off day, and my bread was moldy. I called the store immediately to inform them so that they could look into it. I stated the bread was moldy, and the person who answered stated "Well I don't know how that could have happened. We make our bread daily." There was no apology or assurance she would look into it until I said "Im not looking for compensation on my free bread, I wanted to help inform the store so they can check more bread" and they said they would inform the manager. I'm not sure if they did due to the response I got, so Im leaving a review in hopes someone looks into it. Im sure everyone wants people to be safe when eating there, but I wanted to do my part and address it because it happened.“
“This is a cute little soup and salad place - very bright and clean. Soups are excellent - we actually ended up buying two buckets to go and enjoyed them for the next couple of days (Thai noodle and Pumpkin bisque). Salads were fresh and I think pre-made. The restaurant seems to mostly cater to take-out customers. Salads are given to you in take out boxes and you serve yourself the soup. I liked that they list all of the ingredients in the soups. Like another customer, i was nonplussed by the automatic tip at the checkout (you can opt out, but need to look for it). The food is priced appropriately and there is no real service, so I don't quite understand the need for a tip. Otherwise, friendly staff and a good place to grab a quick, healthy bite.“
“I do go here I like their matzoh ball soup. I also like that childish my wife and I usually get a shot and split a sandwich and a Diet Coke. I find it affordable and friendly and clean. We'd like to sit by the window and watch the people go bye“
“This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The seating (on a Saturday night) was extremely prompt, service was above and beyond, the food was stellar and quick. My wife and I are blown away. Thank you for an amazing meal and great conversation!“
“I haven't been to olive garden in at least 10 years, but what I can say is that this one gave us the best experience. The food was pretty good, but the service was absolutely outstanding. Jenna was wonderful and treated us beyond kindly. She made us happy to come back again any time!“
“On a cold weekday, I decided to head to the Soupery to satiate a craving for chicken noodle. The location is wonderfully walkable if you work in downtown Portsmouth. Service was quick, friendly, and helpful when they ran out of the full amount of one ordered soup. My officemate and I traded bites and all the kinds we ordered were delicious and had that great homemade quality. Not much to say about ambiance because there's an ordering window and that's it! You won't have to stand in the cold long!“
