“dude, the burgers are good, but the fried chicken sandwich is my new favorite item – nice and crispy and not overcooked 👌super happy they switched to beef tallow for their frying. it adds a savory floor and much healthier than seed oils 🌽 (corn is bad). atmosphere and service are great, too! also, they recently switched over to Local by Toast for online orders – also a great move! 🤙”

“We just had dinner at Porter’s Pub. What a friendly place! Jill was our server. She’s so friendly and helpful. I happen to have the Jillinator salad(named after her)! It was delicious! A cheeseburger on a fresh salad with grilled onions on top. So so good! My husband had a pastrami sandwich which looked awesome and he said it was cooked to perfection! We will definitely be back!”

“we usually get take out. , but decided to eat upstairs in the dining room. we where seated ina booth & served rolls with cinnamon butter! we order chicken pot pie ( senior dish). & shrimp alfredo ! both great my meal came with a drink &. whoppie. pie! server was great.! we’ll be back . “I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Because the items that I have tried from this bakery are amazing! My coworkers mom brought our office a Mocha Yule log the other day and it was outstanding. I sent my husband to get some sweet treats this morning and I was not disappointed. The donuts were perfect even my picky 5 year old loved the chocolate butternut. If you are in the area I suggest you go and get yourself a sweet treat. It’s worth it! 💙”

I had called around to quite a few different places in wolfeboro, & rochester.
She answered timely, and not only was she quick to reply, she was kind & not rude/rushed. (Which is what it seemed to be, with everyone i was talking to.)
She took the time and put in beautiful details to match what i asked for.
Her sugars cookies were a big hit & everyone thought the cupcakes were so cute!
If I ever need to recommend a professional for cakes, it would be this business.

“We had Thanksgiving dinner at the Governors Inn and it was great. Very organized and great service. The menu was varied and yummy. We both chose the Prime rib and we weren't disappointed. Flavorful and tender. All in all it was a great meal and we left with full bellies.”

“When we go to the garage we will typically eat at the Inn first then go next door to the garage, a large outdoor area with a lot of seating. There is a stage on which all different bands play throughout the warmer months. When it is colder they sometimes have music inside. It is a very fun atmosphere, people are very friendly and the servers are the best!! They seem to know everyone, remember what you like to order and are super friendly. Always service with a big smile!! You will also see the owners frequently walking around at the garage and the inn as well and they are very friendly too! I have not found another venue like this anywhere around us and look forward to more great times at the garage:)!”

“I had to stop here unexpectedly. It's pretty in here. Nice comfy quiet coffee shop with a lot of friendly staff. For autumn they have a special drink $2.50 for a huge iced coffee with pop rocks and pumpkin spice. I also had a lemonade and charged my phone.”
