“Great food but I had to be selective on the spices. The beans are good, the chicken is tender. Now if you're beef eater they also serve the beef. Great rice brown or white. l like the brown the best. Salsa, sour cream etc. Definatly would go back very busy around lunch and supper.“

“Food, drinks, & service so consistently amazing, that I'd consider moving out this way just to have this be our "usual" Mexican restaurant, could we afford the move. It's. That. Good. !!!We've been here maybe half a dozen times in as many years. Every time we're just blown away. The margaritas are refreshing & so flavorful (try the habanero margarita with cilantro - you're welcome ?). We tried the salsa flight this last time, no idea why we've never done that before but they were all SO FLAVORFUL, & we love their thick, salty chips. ?This last time I got a tofu taco, a masa fried shrimp taco, & a pescado taco (fried). The flavor combinations were incredible...!!! So unique, perfectly balanced, unlike anything I've ever had before, in the best possible way. [$6 each for such incredible tacos is ? worth it, IMHO. Totally competitive pricing. Regularly pay $5 per taco elsewhere & they're nowhere near as good, so $6 per taco here is perfectly reasonable.]Service has always been super friendly & fast. They're always up to giving recommendations & we're never disappointed!Really my only complaint is how tight the tables are. I know it's an old Friendly's but we really feel quite squished in the booths, even with our small children with us. Would be quite uncomfortable with two adult couples in one booth. This is nit-picky though, obviously it would be a huge undertaking & a massive expense to shut down & renovate, & really, the food is so gosh-darn good that I really don't care, it's not like it's gonna keep us from going back.Their chef was nominated for a James Beard award - I believe it! ?Cannot recommend highly enough! ?“

“We probably come here once a week at this point! Service is always with a smile and even when they are busy it is worth the wait! Happy hour at the bar in cocktails and beer 4-6 pm is half priced drinks which are already very reasonably priced. Our total for 2 for dinner on Friday with two drinks was under $40! Come on your birthday and they will sing and dance and bring you churros and a tequila shot!“

“This spot was much better than expected! Their menu is huge and I love that they offer a la carte if you're not super hungry or wanting to spend a lot. Our server was very friendly and attentive, checking in on us every 10-15 mins. We ordered fajitas well done, but they came out regular. However, the meat was still juicy with plenty of flavor. The margaritas are huge (and strong! When I'm in the area again, I'll be back!“

“The Hampton Las Olas crew is continuously giving their all to everyone that walks through their door in need of some good food. It's become ritualistic of my family and I to grab some tacos after returning home from long trips, and I make sure to write a note when I order online to thank them in advance for the much needed meal they'll be providing for us. Without fail, the lovely people over there have written such sweet notes on my boxes each and every time I've thought to mention my gratitude for the workers and the food they cook up for us - especially after a long day of driving, flying and dealing with the airport. My family and I are undoubtedly always happy customers when it comes to the Hampton Las Olas location and we are always looking forward to their awesome service! “A good hole I'm the wall Mexican restaurant, can't really tell what it is from the outside but it is decorated on the inside nicelyThey have plenty of dining spaces to sit in, and a medium to small sized bar section inside. Slightly on the pricier side but overall very good“

“Alfonso is an amazing bartender. He tolerated our horrible attempt at Spanish speaking with a smile and a twinkle in his eyes. He custom made us a spicy tomatillo sauce per our request. Delicioso!! This was a beautiful, memorable experience. Gracias Alfonso!!“

“We haven’t been out to eat in months…. I mean months since august of 2023 when my mom had a stroke. We went out tonight and we had Nikki as a waitress. She had a 20 top as well as other tables while she was waiting on us and not only was she super pleasant but the drinks and food were fast and DELICIOUS! I’d give 10 stars if I could!“
