We were trying to go to the drive thru but we drove in the wrong way, luckily a nice gentleman let us in front of him. The young man who took our order was so pleasant, I wish I could remember his name he had an accent and was cute as a button ,,,,, and I told him so! I came in to order 2 boxes of Joe (I’ve worked at dunks and know the potential that that causes to put them behind with drive thru orders). They did it happily and with a smile and as fast as they were able. Thanks :)

The coffee orders, no matter how crazy they get are always spot on. If not, they will fix it for you. I happened to go inside to order. A very kind man offered to pay for my coffee. I went to use the restroom while I waited. I watched a very young man, maybe 16 or 17 coming from the bathroom area with cleaning supplies.
