I went there yesterday I had black tea ,I went today and I get half black a tiny bit of cream I asked for a extra large hot tea light and sweet...I Didn't get that and I explained this morning at the window what happened yesterday and the guy said I got u and this is what happened today terrible I work hard for my money and I want to buy what I want not what someone gives ME sad..I also asked for a plain Bagel toasted with cream cheese i got a plain with cream cheese not toasted...read full review
ABYSMAL service every time I go to this location. They haven't gotten my order right one singular time - once I ordered a hot caramel latte and received a HOT CUP OF MILK without any coffee added at all. When you try to correct your order, staff is rude - if you can even contact them at all. Today I mistakenly ordered delivery from this location instead of the uptown location, and they sent my iced coffee without a straw.
