For $5 you get a generous portion for a small cup of ice cream. The flavor of the ice cream is pretty good, it had a really creamy texture. I just wonder if it was a tad bit freezer burned or old because the after taste was slightly off. However, friendly staff and they moved pretty quickly.
Fair priced for good Italian ice (not better than Rita's, I don't find a huge piece of solid ice that I almost choked on there) but a perfect treat for a hot day at the beach.

We've been coming to Ralph's for at least 15 years and to us, it is one of the main attractions of the Asbury park beach. I can't even tell you which flavor I like best because they're all unique and so well executed. From their unique "crème" ices to Italian ice can't beat the texture and flavour.
