It was a Sunday and the girl behind the counter was very rude and said we don’t have any they need to be ordered a head of time , thankfully RALPH walked in and saved the day he went above and beyond to get us what we came for ! If you don’t know the lay of the store you shouldn’t be working there ! Customer service should be a priority and she certainly wasn’t willing to try helping . I will be back but hopefully someone who wants to help the customer is working!“

“Awesome little ice cream and shaved ice place in convention hall. Note- it's shaved ice- not Italian ice style. Both the small and large shaved ice are huge which is cool. Price is a bit high at $8 since it literally costs them next to nothing for ice and some juice mix but everything is out of control pricing nowadays. You can choose up to 3 flavors or just do one. Good selection of flavors. Ice cream is vegan and dairy free which is cool for those who can't do dairy or are vegan. Note if you want regular ice cream there's 2 places on the boardwalk that has that. Staff was friendly. Small tables to eat your ice cream at. Great way to cool off on a hot summer day.“
“We've been coming to Ralph's for at least 15 years and to us, it is one of the main attractions of the Asbury park beach. I can't even tell you which flavor I like best because they're all unique and so well executed. From their unique "crème" ices to Italian ice can't beat the texture and flavour. The service is always friendly and accommodating. Currently, I have to say that my favorite flavor is the cream ice called banana fudge! But let's not ignore the other favorites that we've tried over the years: the chocolate cream ice, Java chips, coconut, crazy coconut, lemon Italian ice, chocolate jelly rings, vanilla, etc.... we wish that Ralph's would add a location closer to our home. While we waited the two minutes or so to order, I gave the merch section to the side a hard look - there are some VERY legit-looking hoodies for sale that are only about $30 or $35 and would easily retail for twice that at a different establishment. I might come back for one.On this particular day, I went with a small cup (two scoops) of the birthday cake ice cream, and I THINK something Oreo/cookie related, which unfortunately I can't definitively confirm because it's conveniently hidden on top of the birthday cake in the accompanying picture. Both were excellent. I've mentioned this many times in prior ice cream reviews, but as long as it's a decent flavor and it's not freezer burned, it's hard for me to give anything other than a full-throated endorsement of it. The servings are huge too - the small is not particularly small, and the much better-behaved Millennial Chum actually went with a kiddie cup in the end.Definitely worth a stop if you have the time and appetite.“

“Was searching for poke and JJ Delicacies came up. Tried it based on reviews (Yelpers haven't steered me wrong yet!) and this place was so good! I built my own bowl with 2 proteins. The ingredients tasted fresh and the portion was generous. The spicy salmon and spicy tuna were flavorful and the house sauce was the perfect addition. Will absolutely return! The service was fast and friendly. I took out, but there are a few seating options for those who want to eat in.“

“I grew up with Ralph's Italian Ices on Staten Island back in the day. It has been 20yrs since I've last had the sweet delicious frozen treat that is Ralph's. I've been wanting to go back and get it for the longest time but haven't had the opportunity nor time or desire to make the trek back to SI. On a recent visit to my family living in the NJ area I saw that Ralph's has expanded. Went on a whim to try it to see if it is as good as I remembered. Spoiler: It is! I was so happy to see that it was still made and tasted the same. You will not find Italian ice like this anywhere but Ralph's.“

They let her try a few samples and decide which she wanted and when it came to the toppings they held up a few spoonfuls so she could confirm which ones she wanted. “Got some soft serve from here on a hot Friday afternoon and boy did it hit the spot! I ordered a vanilla and raspberry swirl. It was a great combination between the sweet vanilla and slightly tart raspberry. Both flavors were very creamy and the texture was perfect! My only complaint would be that I wish the raspberry flavor was slightly stronger but overall very good. Another thing to note is that they are cash only so make sure to have cash on you.“

It’s rich and creamy. The prices here are quite high more so than any shop in the area.
