Borgata Baking Company is a perfect example of keeping it simple and being consistent. This takeout cafe has excellent coffee. Also, they have impressive pastries. Try the apple danish, quiche or the croissant. The gelato is popular with ice cream lovers. The only thing I've tried and would skip is Italian Hero (pre-made sandwich). You can't beat the hours, from 7am until late in the evening, and they take comp dollars.
Had eggs and cheese on croissant with coffee, eggs and turkey sausage on brioche bun, and almond croissant. Was good. Employees don’t look too friendly or happy. I would give it 3.5. Did not feel well after eating it there. Not sure if food fresh or not.

Came here to grab some dessert and was not disappointed. I really enjoyed their blueberry fruit tart which had a nice glaze on top of the blueberries with a creme and a nice tart shell. Also got some gelato from them, strawberry, cookies n creme and salted caramel. The gelato was delicious and we got some nice big scoops too.
