Paid for a room online(not comped). Ocean view. Didn't get it. Instead, a view of an abandoned parking garage. Room pretty beat. Casino OK. The location is good. Could have complained, but after waiting over 1/2 hours in line to check in and 50 or so people still in line, there was no way. Self check in kiosks did not work. Probably won't stay there again.
We stayed for 3 nights. We were in the Garden Tower on the 15th floor. For the money we paid it was perfectly acceptable. We were there to see the sights and explore the Boardwalk and all the casinos. Yes they could make improvements to the cleanliness of certain parts of the hotel, but overall...I would stay again. We hit good on the slots one morning and then hit Johnny Rockets for breakfast. They didn't open until 10:30, but are conveniently located in Bally's. Also Dunkin...read full review

4 nights comp. Labor Day week. Main tower. Fast check in and out. Clean updated room. City view. Everything worked in room. Casino was paying out for us at least. We had no problem or issues. Will return.
