“I have been coming to this place for years now and the food has always been incredible. Although the service might not be good at all, the amazing food surely does make up for it. The Pho Satay is one of my favorites and the meal I had and the shrimp spring rolls are fantastic. One of my favorite things in Vietnamese food is the chili sauce, and at Pho 9 it was arguably the best one I have ever had. Come here to eat for the incredible and cheap food, but don’t come expecting the best service or atmosphere“

“These chips and salsa are amazing! They are warm, seasoned and crunchy. I also ordered breakfast burritos wrapped in pancakes. They come with homefries. They were hot, crunchy and delicious. The service is excellent as well. I sat at the bar, and the bartender is attentive and friendly. I highly recommend stopping by. I’ll be back!*Bartenders name is Jenna.
