And the service is great, which is hard to come by these days. It’s clearly a family-run place where Everyone cares about the quality. Also impeccably clean!”

In our chat I really had a sense for his love of coffee and his passion for the technical and analytical aspects of craft roasting and pulling truly dialed in espresso shots. We picked up a bag of Dominican Republic medium roast. I really look forward to the shots from this coffee. “My wife and I went to Christines last night, on recommendations from many, to celebrate her birthday. Wow. Met at the door by the owner, Ron. Big personality that was both genuine and welcoming. He and the staff made my wife feel extra special! The food was what I was expecting, given all the reviews from friends, authentic and delicious! Everything from the appetizers, main courses, desert....exceptional. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!”

“it has been awhile since I was in Atlantic Highlands when JUS was still open. I am so glad that I was able to stop in today. The Chia pudding was always a favorite. The pudding used to be served in a small cup by itself. Well now it comes in a bowl with fruit, nuts, syrup and then some .... it was delicious before but even more fantastic now. And sorry, no photo because it was eaten before I wrote this! Yum!”

“Crashed a private event and it was just my style. Might be stuffy in comparison to the bar around the corner, but otherwise seems like first class classical music and comfy couches for a celebratory drink. Can't comment on the food.
